Being a part of the client experience team at Medalogix (there's our crew in the picture), my job is to make sure our clients are finding success with our technologies. Our wonderful, compassionate and hardworking clients make my job easy.
Technology, in general, is not always easy for a company to adopt. I mean, disruptive technology that really makes a difference, can negatively disrupt a company if the technology vendor and client aren’t on the same page.
Offering a technology like Medalogix though—a technology that aims for enhanced care quality and patient and end-user satisfaction—it’s easy to align with and please clients. After all, our goals are the same.
I am so thankful to work with passionate clients who are enthusiastic about our technology and appreciative of how it’s helped their agencies and patients.
