What Our Clients Say About Our Home Health And Hospice Analytics

Find me on:

Being a part of the client experience team at Medalogix (there's our crew in the picture), my job is to make sure our clients are finding success with our technologies. Our wonderful, compassionate and hardworking clients make my job easy.

Technology, in general, is not always easy for a company to adopt. I mean, disruptive technology that really makes a difference, can negatively disrupt a company if the technology vendor and client aren’t on the same page.

Offering a technology like Medalogix though—a technology that aims for enhanced care quality and patient and end-user satisfaction—it’s easy to align with and please clients. After all, our goals are the same.

I am so thankful to work with passionate clients who are enthusiastic about our technology and appreciative of how it’s helped their agencies and patients.

With that in mind, here are some of my favorite quotes from our rockstar home health and hospice clients.

"Before Medalogix, we were running lengthy reports and spending hours sifting through information in an effort to identify high risk and potential hospice patients. Now, with Medalogix, the patients listed as high risk for hospice eligibility are right on and at our fingertips—with no work at all on our part. This has saved us so much time and made us more efficient. Better yet, we're getting the right patients to hospice at the right time."

Chad Blalack, Chief Operating Officer

Kare-In-Home

“I love Medalogix since it is assisting us in finding patients who are appropriate for hospice care. We are now having discussions with patients and their families earlier to educate and prepare them for their loved ones’ future needs, before a crisis happens.”

Susan Parisi, Business Development Manager

Visiting Nurse Association Health Group

“Jordan has invested in technology like Medalogix that helps me do my job in ensuring that every patient who may benefit from hospice care learns of his or her options. By investing in the latest and greatest technology, we can care for patients to our fullest ability which makes coming to work everyday meaningful.”

Rebecca Ramirez, Synergy Liaison

Jordan Health Services

“Medalogix Bridge has significantly improved our ability to more efficiently and effectively identify clinically appropriate patients who can be provided the opportunity to consider hospice care. For many years, one of the most frequent comments we have received from the hospice patient's family members is: “I wish we would have known about Hospice sooner.” Medalogix Bridge’s predictive analytics driven risk-ranking allows us to combine high-tech with high-touch. For each hospice patient we are provided the honor to serve with the right care, in the right place at the right time.”

William Deary, Chief Executive Officer

Great Lakes Caring

“Medalogix bridge has proven to accurately identify the most appropriate patients for hospice services. I feel an unintended benefit of Bridge may also be an ACH reduction, as quite a few of the identified patients were re-hospitalized, when they could have been supported at home.

Bridge brings early identification of these patients, which brings awareness to patients, their families and home care staff, about the multitude of support services that can be provided in the home, to keep our patients where they want to be--home.”

Wendy Ebner, Homecare Director

VNA Health Group

“Medalogix came to us with a predictive analytics technology that will help us identify the most appropriate levels of care for our patients. It will benefit our healthcare delivery system by identifying at an early stage those who may be at risk for health decline and their need to go to the hospital or emergency room. It allows us to put in place interventions to change this. Being able to provide the right level of care at the right time is every health provider’s goal and we believe our partnership with Medalogix will help us greatly in this regard.”
