Nashville-based predictive analytics firm Medalogix has hired Nicholas Kroes as senior data platform manager and Don White as IT security, risk and compliance manager.

As senior data platform manager, Kroes will be responsible for client integrations and data modeling for Medalogix's analytics platform. Before joining Medalogix, he worked for MorphoTrust USA as principal data engineer, and prior to that as a programmer for the Tennessee Department of Education. Kroes holds a BS in Information Technology from Trevecca Nazarene University.
As IT security, risk and compliance manager, White will manage and execute security roadmaps, SOC 2 audits, application vulnerability tests, network and server administration, disaster recovery and cloud architecture. He has over 20 years of experience in multiple industries with expertise in security and compliance. Most recently, White worked as a security and compliance engineer at edo Interactive, after spending five years as manager of IT for the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority.
